Shipping policy

1. Delivery Area

We currently ship within Australia only.

2. Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that we have received it and have begun processing.

This confirmation does not guarantee immediate dispatch.
If we encounter any issues (stock availability, address details, or payment verification), we will contact you promptly.

3. Processing & Delivery Times

Australia

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri)
  • Transit Time: 3–5 business days (Mon–Fri)
  • Total Delivery Time: 4–7 business days

Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 3:00 PM AEST (GMT+10:00) are processed the same business day.
Orders placed after this time are processed the next business day.

Delivery Clock Start
The delivery timeframe begins once your order has been confirmed and has entered processing.
Weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days.

Important Notes
Delivery estimates may vary due to:

  • Weather or natural events
  • Peak seasons
  • Remote/regional routing
  • Carrier delays (outside our control)

4. Fulfilment Origin & Carriers

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Tamborine, QLD.

We ship via trusted Australian carriers:

  • Australia Post
  • StarTrack
  • Toll

5. Shipping Costs

We offer Free Shipping on all orders — no minimum spend required.

6. Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking email with a link to monitor your shipment.

7. Remote Areas, PO Boxes & Split Shipments

Remote / Regional Areas
Deliveries to remote locations may require additional time beyond standard estimates.

PO Boxes / Parcel Lockers
Our carriers require a street address.
If you only have a PO Box or Parcel Locker, contact us and we will arrange an alternative delivery method.

Split Shipments
Items may ship separately to ensure faster delivery.
Each package will include its own tracking details.

8. Duties, Taxes & Fees

  • All prices are listed in AUD.
  • GST is not charged, as JackSydney.com is not GST-registered.

9. Delayed Orders

If your package has not arrived within the delivery window, please allow an additional two (2) days.

If it still has not arrived, contact us at hello@jacksydney.com with your order number so we can investigate.

10. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A brief description
  • Your order number

Resolution Options
We may provide:

  • A replacement, or
  • A refund

If the issue is due to our error, we will cover all return shipping costs.
