Where is my package?
Orders are delivered within 4–7 business days across Australia. If this timeframe has passed, please contact our customer service team. Track Your Order
Where can I find my tracking code?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking code by email. (Check your spam folder if you don’t see it.) Please note it may take a few hours for the tracking link to become active. Track Your Order
How can I track my order?

How long does processing take?
Orders are processed Monday–Friday within 1–2 business days.
Order cut-off: 3:00 PM (GMT+10:00) Sydney time.

We deliver via AusPost, StarTrack, and Toll.
Is delivery free?
Yes! We offer Free Tracked Shipping Australia-wide on every order with no minimum spend.
What if I don’t receive my order?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipping, you are entitled to a replacement or full refund.
Cancellations & Returns
Can I change or cancel my order?
You may request changes or cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. After this, orders are processed and cannot be modified. Once delivered, you can still return your order for a refund.
